I’m Dorothy Ghettuba

Dorothy Ghettuba Pala is a faith-driven media leader, teacher, preacher, and healer called to serve women and creatives through truth, wisdom, and storytelling.

My journey began in media, where I co-founded Spielworks Media and produced films, television series, and digital content amplifying African voices. This path led me to serve as Director of Content for Series and Film in Africa at Netflix, stewarding African stories for a global audience.

Through seasons of leadership and burnout, God revealed a deeper assignment: not only to create stories, but to minister to hearts. Today, my mandate is to teach, preach, and heal — equipping women with identity and clarity, awakening faith, and walking them toward emotional and spiritual restoration. My media and ministry now move as one calling.
