DOROTHY GHETTUBA PALA

Woman of Purpose: “Helping women rediscover their identity and step into their God-given purpose”

From where it began

Dorothy’s Calling

Dorothy Ghettuba is a woman called by God to teach, to preach, and to heal.

Her life is a testimony of obedience, surrender, and purpose unfolding over time. Long before she fully understood the depth of her calling, God was shaping her through creativity, leadership, and storytelling, preparing her for a work far greater than titles or platforms.

Born and raised in Kenya, Dorothy’s journey took her across continents, but her true formation happened in the quiet spaces where faith was tested and refined. What looked like a passion for media was, in truth, God laying the foundation for a voice, one that would carry wisdom, truth, and healing to women and creatives navigating transition, identity, and calling.

In 2009, she stepped away from the security of corporate life in Canada and returned home in obedience, not certainty. That leap of faith became the beginning of a divine assignment. Through media, leadership, and storytelling, God was training her to steward influence, lead with integrity, and see beyond success into significance.

Journey of my life

A Voice Formed by God

Dorothy’s journey is not defined by platforms, but by obedience. While her work in media placed her in influential rooms and global conversations, her true assignment has always been people, especially women and creatives searching for clarity, identity, and purpose. God entrusted her with a voice, not for self-promotion, but for truth-telling, alignment, and awakening.

Through leadership, storytelling, and mentorship, Dorothy has consistently stood for authenticity, calling people back to who they were created to be. Her advocacy has never been about visibility alone, but about dignity, truth, and purpose. She believes that when people are rooted in identity, excellence follows naturally.

Recognition followed obedience, but it was never the goal. What matters most to Dorothy is transformation, hearts restored, confidence renewed, and women awakened to their God-given purpose.

At the center of her journey is a call to wholeness. Through leadership, creativity, and faith-centered mentorship, her life’s work points people back to God, to themselves, and to the lives they were created to live.
